Jarrett Stoll and girlfriend Erin Andrews
It’s never cute when girls fight over a guy. It’s called being bitter.
In this case, it’s a bitter ex making snippy remarks. Katie Cassidy, the former girlfriend of LA Kings forward Jarrett Stoll, decided to throw major shade to his current girlfriend, reporter Erin Andrews.
Quick history lesson: Katie first dated Jarrett back in 2010. Erin and Jarrett began dating back in 2012 and have been going strong since.
It all started when Katie’s “Arrow” co-star, Stephen Amell tweeted: “.@ErinAndrews should ask Richard Sherman why he stayed on the field while he’s a physical liability.”
Katie seemed to agree, and took it one step further, tweeting, “Seriously, why isn’t she doing her job?? @amellywood @BrandonStrabley @ErinAndrews.”
Erin didn’t respond, but her close friend, model Chrissy Teigen, decided to get into the twitter feud. Chrissy tweeted, “@MzKatieCassidy JOB [noun] : the work a person does regularly to make money. alt: what @ErinAndrews has. 2nd alt: What you don’t have. Bye!”
The actress is actually very much employed–she’s been part of the main cast of the CW’s “Arrow” since it premiered.
Katie didn’t back down, cattily writing: “Just to be clear, Your profile reads: “Gold digger and Stuff”. You’re asking me if I have a job? I’ll send you a book. @chrissyteigen.”
The actress also tweeted sarcastically: “@chrissyteigen @ErinAndrews and God Bless,” to which Chrissy responded: “@MzKatieCassidy @ErinAndrews didn’t sneeze but thank you.”
The feud between Katie and Erin’s friend, Chrissy, literally kept going, because Katie wrote, “@chrissyteigen no, but God should bless her” to which Chrissy wrote, “@MzKatieCassidy oh so now we’re being holy.”
Katie then tweeted “@chrissyteigen we always have been. Welcome to the party!” Chrissy tweeted back: “@MzKatieCassidy Own it. I’ll take you seriously when you don’t simultaneously talk s–t and preach the gospel.”
Katie wrote back: “@chrissyteigen I’l sorry u have negativity inside u. Can’t be healthy. 2 be clear, not s–t talking. But interesting u took it that way.”
Erin took the high road and stayed mum, not tweeting about it or even acknowledging it.
